your mother Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 I'm unable to play Diablo II it won't even load. I applied the latest 1.11b patch, reinstalled multiple times and tried installing on internal and external HD with no success. Whenever I try to launch it it just says application quit unexpectedly. I though that maybe it was my overclock although everything has been running 10000% stable since Sunday when I completed my build and all the installs. I went into BIOS and put my CPU and everything else to stock frequency and still the same problem. It works on my MacBook Pro but not with hw accelerated gfx which isn't a big deal, I just wanna be able to play it on my rig. HELP!! ToGaR Posted June 21, 2008 Share Posted June 21, 2008 I'm having the same problem. I have a MBP and just built my first hacintosh. Looking at the crash report makes me think the game is trying to play using the Rosetta Engine. Does that work for us? I'll do some researching on that. Basically I just wanted you to know that its not just you who is having this issue.
