Teddy Freddy Posted May 14, 2008 Share Posted May 14, 2008 When I plug in my iPod I get this message..... I cant find a way to get it off the disk, if it's even on there? Is anyone else getting this problem? Is there an alternative place to find this software? I searched here, apple.com, even google. When I plug in the iPod it opens iTunes and gives me this message. slimp Posted May 15, 2008 Share Posted May 15, 2008 I had this exact same problem, spent hours trying to figure it out. I finally, out of desperation, changed my kernel from sleep kernel to vanilla, and it connected, then I was able to restore the ipod (shuffle). maybe try playing around with different kernels to see if that helps.
