Zephyroth Install Kernel Panic

Hey everyone, So I just downloaded Zephyroth AMD 10.5.2 since i wanted to do a fresh install, but in the install, im getting kernel panic

 

here's what the message is like:

 

NFS_Boot: Networking Not Initialized

panic (cpu 0 called 0x002D68EE) NFS_BOOT_INIT_FAILED

 

this is odd because most install dvd's will work for me (provided they have my SATA support for SB400)

 

i tried the usual flags.. but nothing seems to work.

 

Specs are:

HP Pavillion a1129n

AMD Athlon 64 3400+ 2.2 GHz

MSI MOBO MS-7093

Chipset: Northbridge-RS480 , Southbridge-SB400

Realtek ALC658C Audio

Realtek RTL8100C LAN

SATA WD 200GB HDD

IDE DVDRW (Set as Master) & IDE DVDROM (Set as Slave)

 

 

Any help is greatly appreciated, I did do some searching, yet nothing useful turned up.

i cant help much but your problem is your network drivers... try installing without any network drivers or upgrade to snow leo 10.6.2

 

realtek lan drivers are widely compatible

 

our systems are similar but mine is more updated but you can never get sound or video to work... im sorry

 

you are better off getting a compatible nvidia graphics card and compatible sound card(i suggest usb sound card)

 

my specs include:

AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.29 GHz

rs480 chipset(incompatible with all osx distros)

upgraded to atti radeon hd 4350 qe/ci enabled

realtek rtl8139 lan works

Realtek ALC658C Audio(incompatible since leopard 10.5)

external hdd drive by usb(install using sata, runs only by usb)
