IOATA Controller device blocking bus.

After installing Vista and then OSX like it says in the Fool-Proof Dual Boot Guide in these forums, i get the HFS+ error which was expected. However, when i tried to boot from the cd in single user mode like it says, i get the error which comes up about every 3 seconds saying IOATAController device blocking bus. I have no idea wat that means, so it someone could tell me and let me know what i can do to get around or fix it it would be appreciated.
