sys0p Posted May 4, 2008 Share Posted May 4, 2008 Hi, there is so much info in this forum about which Motherboard and Gfx card is good and will work as a hackintosh, that one would think it would be easy to go ahead and order things and get started. However, in my case it is a bit more complicated, since I am looking for a special hardware config and since I have even no idea which motherboard could be put into a small case (and which ones these would be) - I give it a shot here. So the goal is to build a small PC that: - can run 10.5.x - the gfx can be low-end, just enough to play .mp4/DVD - the audio should be however better, surround sound would be the best. - CPU can be low-end as well, no real work needs to be done on it, some browsing, email, iTunes, VLC - voila quoi - >> and most important, the PC should be as small as possible in short a MacMini on steroids Has any1 tried this before ? Any suggestions what hardware to buy ?
