Leopard or Tiger? Which works better for laptop?.

I try to install following image .iso in my laptop and no acted (core has stopped on discovering equipment after firewire or ethernet card) :

1. Kalyway_10.5.2_DVD_Intel_Amd
   
2. Leo4All_v2
   
3. Kalway LEO 10.5 SSE2 SS3 (update?)
   
4. MacOSX 10.4.8 JAS intel amd ppf1 ppf2
   
5. MacOSX Universall Install DVD Intel AMD sse2 sse3
   
6. Jas 10.4.8 Jas intel SSe3 only Install (only intel?)
   
7. 10.4.6 Install
   

Only "MACOSX 10.4.6 patched DVD myz" - it has set instalator but then I haven`t been started up system after reboot. My bios is very simple and cut. Who test now? Help, please.
