kaitags
Been searching around how to solve this for a long time but to no avail. I first tried installing KALYWAY Leopard 10.5.1 as a dual boot on my Dell XPS m1210 which originally runs Vista Ultimate, and for 3 times the installation could not be completed. Leopard was installed on a 10GB partition. After my 2nd or 3rd time or so, I would get b0 errors right after the initial DELL bootup screen. Then I tried iATKOS v1.0i and the installation worked. Made sure I set the correct partition to the active one (read some guides). But anyhow.. b0 error shows up right off the bat. Tried some disk utility stuff, and using my Vista installation disk, to no avail. If it helps, I never saw/touched/configured any of the guid or mbr stuff, so that might be the problem. However first priority is I want vista to boot up normally first, not a b0 error. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/100989-b0-error/ Share on other sites
alysara
I had the same error when I kept the install CD in during the POST. I just removed the CD, rebooted and the boot screen appeared. If that doesn't work, check your BIOS' SATA operation settings and make sure they're set to AHCI.
