thank EqUaTe foe patch PCCard.10.5.2.Beta2.pkg.zip

1. you should to edit AppleYokon2.kext

cd /System/Library/Extensions/IONetworkingFamily.kext/Contents/PlugIns/AppleYukon2.kext

cd Contents

sudo nano Info.plist

2. you find <key>Yukon-88E8055</key> and delete all

3. edit <key>Yukon-88E8053</key> to <key>Yukon-88E8055</key>

4. edit <string>0×436211ab</string> to <string>0×436311ab</string>

5. edit <string>Yukon Gigabit Adapter 88E8053 Singleport Copper SA</string> to

<string>Yukon Gigabit Adapter 88E8055 Singleport Copper SA</string>

6. Ctrl+O enter and Ctrl+q to exit

7. download and install PCCard.10.5.2.Beta2.pkg.zip

8. reboot

The solution posted here works for me on Leopard (iPC 10.5.6) but not on Snow Leopard (retail install). Is there any solution for SL?

Thanks a lot! Works on Samsung R70 A00E, but no need to install PCCard.10.5.2.Beta2.pkg.zip.

Leopard gets hung during booting up if installed
