Need drivers for this audio card (Conexant HDA chipset/0x14f15047). Old AppleAC97.kext for Tiger works well but it not works in Leopard
Has it any solution?

There is no driver out yet . i do also have the Conexant HD audio 
(Intel high definition audio) but well... there is no chance yet i think.
