I have installed Jas 10.4.8 for the third time and I have always a problem that is that when I drag a window or scroll, just the borders follow me, and the inside gets all screwed up. Normally, it somehow gets fixed by itself and I don't have to do nothing but this time it seems like it won't fix.
I'm on 10.4.11 now, btw.

Can't drag windows in the proper way and can't scroll too.

That's happening to me as well. but for me I'm on 10.5.7.
