userevenagent always run 100%

After in installed Leopard ToH RC2 upgrade from uphuck 1.3 10.4.9 every thing working fine but when i open activity i see that the process (userevenagent) always run 100 % i tried to stop that process but it now stop it make my cpu keep on running

 

I laptop config is

Sigmatel Sound STAC 9200 (Only Output Working) Mic (Not Woriking)
