The problem with starting the system after making the partition

All was well to when I wanted to put partitions on the disc. I made 2 the partitions and I installed the system, but the system does not start to the accomplishment of the registration only after restart the inscription is shows - the "system config file'/ the com.apple.boot.plist of notes found" I Tried many the times without creating the partition and he is this alone for every razen and acted me earlier.

 

I ask for the help because 2 days already try this to do.
