franmglp Posted August 2, 2017 Share Posted August 2, 2017 Hello!I've installed macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and I'm having a problem with Safari.If I visit a website with a Twitter video embedded my computer hangs and I need to do a hard reset.This happened like 3 or 4 times and after restarting everything was fine. In that post the user "TheRacerMaster" said that this type of hangs are related to "the lack of ME" and that "you need to either fix your ME firmware (reflash) or just deal with the issue (workarounds would probably require heavy reverse engineering)."I upgraded my "Intel Management Engine" firmware following this guide and now everything seems to work fine! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
