bcm94352z WIFI and ethernet not work suddenly

Hi there

 

my ethernet(killer e2400) and bcm94352z WIFI(bluetooth is ok) not work suddenly. 

i'm tried to rebuild cache with command("sudo touch /System/Library/Extesions && sudo kextcache -u /") or tools(kext utility, kext wizard) but it didn't work. i spent two days to fix it but in vain. please help!

edit: updated to mac sierra 10.12.3, WIFI and ethernet still not work.
