Changing buffer size produces a constantly beep

Hello everyone! I'm having an annoying problem in my hackintosh.

The problem occurs when I change the buffer size settings in any DAW like Logic Pro X or Ableton Live. If I change the buffer size to below 128 samples my computer produces a constantly beep. The beep comes from the computer and not from the speakers. When I change the buffer size to 64 samples the beep starts to being audible and when I change it to 32 samples the beep is heard more strongly. This happens with any sound card and as I said the beep comes from the computer but still I couldn't realize from what component it comes.

If somebody can help me to figure out what could it be I will be grateful!

Thanks.

EDIT: Solved by replacing the PSU with a better quality one after figuring out that the annoying sound was coming from there.
