I'm running a system with the following configuration:

Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H (using onboard Intel HD 4600 Graphics)
i5 4690K
16GB RAM
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD

I'm running Clover v2.3k r3292 and OS X 10.11.5 using a 5,1 System Identifier and have removed the AppleTyMCEDriver.kext file from /System/Library/Extentions/ as well as AppleUpstreamUserClient.kext to prevent iTunes from locking up.

Everything has been working great, however I decided to install a BCM94360CD for native Wireless and Bluetooth. Upon installing the card, my system Kernel Panics when attempting to boot, does anyone have any suggestions?

Attached is a copy of my current config.plist

Thank You Very Much!

This is the error that posts when I get the Kernel Panic:
