Andrew Jackson
I have a Zotac Geforce 9300 Motherboard and I've managed to install El Capitan( 10.11.1 ) onto it. Everything seems to work except the IGPU, I had to remove the NVDAResmanTesla.kext from both the installer and the System after install or I get a black screen and my monitor shuts off when the GUI should load. I'm using Chameleon and have tried GraphicsEnabler=Yes and No, but it's the same result. Anyone have any luck using a GrForce 9300/730i under El Capitan? The Geforce 9300/730i works fine with GarphicsEnabler=Yes under Mavericks and Yosemite.
Andrew Jackson
Ok, I figured it out. The Motherboards IGPU( Geforce 9300 ) will work, but you have to inject it via the DSDT. The GraphicsEnabler from Chameleon isn't working correctly with 10.11.1, just turns the screen off and crashes the system on my Zotac GF9300 Motherboard. nNidia GeForce 9300: Chipset Model: nNidia GeForce 9300 Type: GPU Bus: PCI Slot: PCI0 VRAM (Total): 256 MB Vendor: NVIDIA (0x10de) Device ID: 0x086c Revision ID: 0x00b1 ROM Revision: 70.08.29.00.30 Displays: DELL 1704FPT: Resolution: 1280 x 1024 @ 75 Hz Pixel Depth: 32-Bit Color (ARGB8888) Display Serial Number: Y42994B1AAHK Main Display: Yes Mirror: Off Online: Yes Rotation: Supported
