hyangyt Posted October 22, 2015 Share Posted October 22, 2015 ---- Update ---- Finally got it fixed by modifying the file /System/Library/Frameworks/OpenCL.framework/Versions/A/OpenCL by a hex editor, the trick is to search for 100F6C3057413 and replace it with 100F6C3007413. After restart, all the OpenCL apps work normally. For more detail, google search "Fix for OpenCL crash with GK110B based cards". Sorry I can't give the link directly, because the website is banned in this forum. ------- Original Post ------- Hello, everybody. I have successfully installed OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 with Clover. My graphic card model and its vram(Radeon R7 250 1024MB) are correctly recognized (with FakeID 0x68181002 Injection) by the system. The graphics work fine, but as soon as I open any JPG file with Preview.app, the system freezes (only the cursor can move, the system doesn't respond to anything). If I choose Arabesque in screensaver options, the same result occurs. In both cases, my only choice is to hold the power button to force the computer to turn off. However, everything works fine if I open PDF with Preview, press space bar to preview JPG or choose other 'simpler' screensavers. Someone suggests that it is related to OpenCL issues, which I don't know how to solve. Any help will be appreciated. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
