I am just now getting into Mac-OS and have several older motherboards to play with.  Googleing Series 7 nForce and  Snow Leopard OS X got me to this forum but I ran into several problems (granted, not unique to insanelymac):  Outdated links, sites that MalewareBytes wont let me go to, and files that chrome wont let me download.

Chrome will not allow me to download a file that I suspect I need, your "Bootdisk Utility"

bad_bdu.jpg

I have no idea why this is blocked as I was able to download apps in the bootloaders tab.  Maybe someone can explain this.

I found a thread in this forum discussing my very problem but Guru's links to the "Snow_Support_Files_V2.4" were invalid,  Rapidshare is no longer in existence and SendSpace outdated and removed the file "nForceSLBoot132DVD".

My son gave me his Snow Leopard Retail DVD to try out on my motherboard and it seems I need that nForce boot 132.

TIA !!!!

The nForce OS X Snow Leopard (10.6) RETAIL INSTALL GUIDE on a Series 6 or 7 nForce chipset / Intel CPU MOBO says:

I will re-upload the following ONLY if request via a post to me in this topic:

nForceSLBoot132DVD.iso

nForceSLBoot132DVD_for_SATA_DVDRW.iso

EFIStudio v1.1

OSx86Tools

and the same applies to the "Snow_Support_Files_V2.4" .....:)
