Sleep/Shutdown with A/C works but dont work in Battery mode

Hi there.

 

I Need help for the last steps to complete my hackbook.

Iam on a Packard Bell NS11HR with i5 2410m and HD3000.

All works fine. iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime with MacBook 8,1 SMBIOS.

 

With A/C i can go to sleep and can wake up without a problem. Also Shutdown.

With Battery i can go to sleep but cant wake up.

I also cant shutdown the hackbook.

Any idea?
