Overclock Registering in OS X but Geekbench Scores Disagree

I have a small OS X server running on an old Athlon II X2 250. These things are typically happy to over clock. I hits 3.6 without breaking a sweat but when I run Geekbench, the scores in no way are reflecting the over clock. Geekbench and About this Mac are both seeing the over clock and are reading 3.6 GHz meanwhile, 3.0 GHz and 3.6 GHz both score around 1340 single thread and 2420 on multi thread. I should be picking up at least 200 points from this over clock. Is there something similar to the SSDT / script that is used for the i7 series to enable full P-States? It's running 10.9.4 and on the latest Chameleon.

Other than that, its running fine. Anyone dealt with this?
