I have read a bunch and not 100% new to hackintosh but here we go:

Specs:

Hp Paviliion dv7-1245dx

AMD Turion X2 mobile processor RM-72 / 2.1 GHz

  • Number of Cores
    Dual-Core
  • Cache
    L2 - 1 MB
  • 64-bit Computing
    Yes
  • Chipset
    ATI RADEON RS780M
I have used newest Myhack and added the newest Amd Kernel recommended in most of the guides.
It boots to the bootloader but after a ton of files load I get a whitescreen flash, then black screen and then nothing. I have let it sit for 10 mins like that.
I have tried -x, -f, -v
-nosse3bit and arch=I386 (this cpu should support 64bit)

Any ideas to get to the installer? Am I wasting my time?
