HDD problems

Hey Everyone,

So the good new is that I've got Mavericks working on my PC (FX 8320, Asus GTX 760 DirectCu II OC, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD7, 8GB G-Skill RipJaws X (at 1600MHz), which was never really planned as a Hackintosh, so I'm already happy...

However, I am having an issue with some of my HDDs.

I have 4 Internal Hard Disk Drives, two of which work fine:

  • The Mac HDD (GPT, OS X Extended (Journaled)
  • Windows 8 Installation HDD (MBR, NTFS)

...and two of which show up in Disk Utility, but the drives cannot be mounted:

  • Seagate 1.5TB HDD (GPT, NTFS)
  • Seagate 500GB HDD (GPT, NTFS)

Both of those HDDs show up in mac as HFS+ for some reason, but they're definitely NTFS and they work without any issues whatsoever on my Windows 8 installation. The name of the partition is also greyed out, and replaced with the disk ID (i.e. Disk2s2). When I try to Repair Disk, I get an error saying something along the lines of "Invalid B-Tree Node Size"

I also have a couple of External HDDs that i use. One works perfectly:

  • 1TB Samsung M3 (USB3) (MBR, HFS+)

...but the other does not want to work either, and has the same problem as above:

  • 250GB HDD (USB2) (GPT, HFS+)

So, I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, or if anyone has any idea how to help me out?

(I did try searching, but I've not been able to find anything relevant so far, so I figured that I might as well post...)

Thanks!

Other info:

Installed using Pandora's Box

I'm using the Enoch (chameleon) Bootloader

The kernel was the latest 10.9.5 kernel from the osx86 patched kernels wiki.

Hey, sorry for the delay, I finally got around to trying chkdsk, but unfortunately/fortunately, it reported no errors on either disk. I've also tried both Paragon NTFS and Tuxera NTFS, but no success there either (same error)!

EDIT: Managed to fix my external that was having issues ( the HFS+ Partition) with DiskWarrior, but I'm not going to touch the NTFS drives with it, as it's not a supported format, plus it's still detecting them as HFS+ which they're definitely not.
