jerry70450 Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 Hey guys im new to the hackintosh community and i just want to try out mac os yosemite on my Asus S550C laptop and see how the install process is. Specs: Intel Core i5-3427U processor 6GB ram Nividia Gforce GT 740M graphics DVD drive 2 USB 2.0 1 USB 3.0 HDMI, ethernet, VGA, SD card reader Realtek sound? i think, asus sonicmaster sound, 1 Microphone/Headphone combo jack HD Webcam Wifi b/g/n bluetooth I have several questions: Will the graphics card work? I did some research and many said it dosen't work. Will the DVD drive, USB 2.0 and 3.0 portrs, HDMI, ethernet, VGA, SD card, Sound, webcam, wifi and bluetooth work? Do i need a DSDT file for my motherboard? Also when I tried to install Mac OS X Yosemite through a usb, I got this kernel panic: How do I fix that?
