zhuangzi23
No sure what my problem is, but my Yosemite system has a particular issue: 1) in about this mac, GPU reads as: "MSi GeForce GTX 660 0 MB" 2) Upon wake from sleep, the GPU clocks up to max and stays clocked. This occurs whether I used nVidia web drivers or native OS X drivers. Otherwise, GPU functions normally. This is my config.plisthttps://www.dropbox.com/s/fbggg9qycjf8fte/config.plist?dl=0 I must have something configured incorrectly because one time (while playing around) my system booted showing the GPU as nVidia GTX 660 2048 MB and the clock issue was not there - but TRIM went away. Any thoughts would be welcome. edit: ok. that's odd. When rebooting with the above config.plist in "about this mac" the GPU reads correctly and the GPU clock issue goes away but TRIM is disabled. Not sure what's happening. Also, hardware UUID is all zeros under "Hardware Overview" Edit: It's the script to enable TRIM. If I eliminate it, all is well GPU-wise. If I enable it, GPU problem comes back. meh. Trim fixed w/ Chameleon SSD optimizer. gigabyte GA-Z87n-WiFi w/F6 bios and i5-4670k CPU w/MSi Geforce GTX 660 OC GPU
