...hi, I've installed yosemite on a third partition...mavs/win7/yosemite...windows partition is active and the box boots to the windows boot manager...selecting either mac partition results in chain0 error...my question: how to make the yosemite partition active, so it boots to clover/chameleon boot loader first?  :smoke:

..i have this(from chameleon install) which sheds some light on potential boot problem...but unsure how to apply a fix...thanks folks

Preparing to check target disk for previous installations.

Checking disk0.
INFO: Found boot1h installed to /dev/disk0s2
WARN: Conditions point to the possibility of a boot failure
---
FIX: Make /dev/disk0s2 boot sector un-bootable by changing byte 1FEh to 00.
NOTE: Any Extra folder you had there will still be there. If you want to use
NOTE: /dev/disk0s2 again as your boot partition then re-run this installer
NOTE: selecting it as the target, ONLY choosing the 'Chameleon Bootloader' option
NOTE: and NONE of the other options.

...for now booting from the usb installer to get to yosemite desktop
