Zenbook Posted October 19, 2014 Share Posted October 19, 2014 Hi I'm running OSX ML and trying to change the serial number and profile to match my aging macbook in order to use imessage but no matter what changes it doesn't change. I saved the plist while in save mode (it successfully saves), and edited/replaced the whole file and still when I reboot it comes up as a macbook air 2013 with a generic serial. Any ideas???
