AMD card/integrated graphics issue: Have to switch cards on dual-boot

Hello!

My same-HDD OS X/Windows dual-boot system is working fine apart from the fact that I need to switch graphics cards every time I boot into the other OS.

The problem lies in my AMD Radeon R9 270X graphics card - in order to boot to OS X, I have to have my primary graphics card to be set as onboard in UEFI, because Chimera refuses to cooperate with my AMD card. Due to this, I can't see the actual booting or even Chimera, the display starts to work when I've logged in to OS X. At this stage, I have my DVI-port plugged in the AMD card. This isn't really a problem.

Getting into Windows is a little trickier. To do this, I have to switch my DVI-cable to the integrated graphics card. This time I can see the boot-up and Chimera, where I can choose Windows. This isn't really a problem either.

The real problem is that Windows doesn't recognize the AMD card and OS X doesn't recognize the integrated graphics (HD 4600), which is really quite opposite from what I want. Essentially I want the AMD card to work with Windows for gaming and HD 4600 would suffice on the OS X. The OS X behaves quite strangely when I boot with onboard graphics plugged in - a message on my screen starts to float around that says "Not recommended mode - optimum mode is 1680x1050".

Can you guys give me any heads up on what should I do? Should I just try installing AMD drivers on Windows and some Intel HD graphics fix on OS X?

EDIT: Oops, wrong section! Meant to be in post-installation I suppose.
