10.8.3 + AMD FX Kernel + ##### = Kernel Panics

Hi,

I'm trying to get ML 10.8.3 running on my AMD PC. The specs are:

 

8GB DDR3 Ram

AMD FX 4170 GPU

AMD Radeon HD 7870 CPU

1TB HDD (Windows 7)

150GB HDD (Blank)

 

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard

 

I've got a vanilla 10.8.3 InstallESD.dmg that i've patched with this (http://www.osx86.net/files/file/91-boot-usb-os-x-mountain-lion-10-8-fx-amd-pkg/) kernel.

 

I've then added the chimera 11.1 bootloader and have it all on a USB (all done on an OSX machine in VMWare).

 

My BIOS is sorted (i think), (HPET enabled, AHCI etc)

 

I've tried various bootflags and have had the most success with:

 

arch=x86_64 npci=0x2000 PCIRootUID=0 GraphicsEnabler=No cpus=4 busratio=17 colors=32 -x -v

 

The closest i've got too booting up is a cpu 0 caller panic :/ (see attached pic)

 

So where should I go from here?
