mindmage
Hello Everyone, I recently purchased a new mac, and to cover part of the cost, I am selling my PC. I have been running OSX 10.4.7 on it for the past 2-3 months without any issues. It is highly compatible; the only tweak needed when installing is to make the ATI Radeon 9700 driver recognize the 9600 as compatible. OpenGL, QE/CI are fully supported. Here is the info I have about it: Pentium 4 with Hyper Threading @ 3.0ghz 1.5gb DDR 400 ram (2x512mb and 2x256mb) ATI Radeon 9600 256mb (AGP 8x, VGA out and DVI out) 160gb IDE Wester Digital 8mb Cache 7200rpm 8x/48x DVD/CD Burner (any media except dual layer) Intel D865GLC Motherboard Integrated Ethernet Wireless b/g PCI card Integrated Sound (has PCI Soundblaster Audigy 2, but not compatible w/ OSX) USB 2.0 (2 ports in front, 4 in back) Firewire 800 (1 port on Audigy card) Everything listed is fully compatible w/ OS X with the exception of the PCI Audigy sound card (but the integrated sound works). The Motherboard supports SATA drives and has 4 PCI slots. Also, the PC is (i believe) a MicroATX form factor. The case is black with a silver front. I still have the floppy drive in my closet, I can install that if desired. If you have any Questions, please post/pm me. Sincerely, Matthew
