Minor keyboard issues.

My keyboard has been identified but it still will not let me do shortcuts like select all or find ect...such as control button+f or control+a ect...it just ignores these combos. I have to use my mouse to select all ect...

 

Any idea what the deal is and why I can't use these simple shortcuts?

Finally realized I had a stupid joystick switch toggled on my keyboard no wonder! I couldn't imagine! DUH!
