OK, it's a compatibility list for 10.6.3 and Mac OS has changed a bit since then, but it'll probably run.

There are DSDT's and kexts in this package, although it is for Lion; but AFAIK DSDT's are universal.

It will work with ML. You can make your own DSDT easy with a patch already made for your MB, you can find it here:http://olarila.com/forum/packs.php . Just search your audio chip, lan etc. and you can find kext easy. For a Wi-Fi card the best IMO is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833704133&Tpk=tl%20wdn4800&IsVirtualParent=1 work OOB airport. QE/CI is possible just using GraphicsEnabler=Yes or make a EFI string.

Yes it does support Airdrop. I can patch the DSDT for you. If you want to begin i suggest this guide: http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/280756-guide-the-all-in-one-guide-to-vanilla-os-x-including-chameleon-dsdt-for-beginners/. Just extract the DSDT and send it to me and i will edit it. Don't need to check every part because you have pretty common hardware.

i will have my motherboard Tuesday or Wednesday it will probably have the latest Bios so did u need me to extract the DSDT or can u create one from the latest BIOS ?

Its my first Hackintosh Desktop

I had install one on my HP probook 4540S

Thanks a lot for helping me

Well, you can use it. But we don't support the tools from tonymac on this forum, and don't expect support on that forum because almost no one will help you. The link i given you isn't so hard when you just follow the steps excactly. I can help you when you get going with the steps.
