Very briefly, sorry for not making a well crafted guide but time will not let me go up and only the files needed to make it work, ok I was able to run at 90% my Lenovo Y480 ...
Lenovo Y480:
* Core i7 3610QM
* Intel HD4000
* Nvidia 640M LE
* Hard Drive 1TB
* Wi-Fi: Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2200 --- Changed by an Atheros AR9285
* Bluetooth

What works:
Core i7-Native
intel HD4000-Native
ALC269
Atheros AR9285-Native
Trackpad-only 2 fingers
Bluetooth
Sleep
Usb
Card reader

It does not work:
Microphone
Nvidia

* Ok, starting with setting the BIOS, disabling the Nvidia, and disabling UEFI boot ...
* I prepared my USB with iAtkos ML2: http://iatkos.me/201.../30/iatkos-ml2/
Guides USB: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZGbc-rk7HQ
* One important thing to change the wi-fi, thanks to Techinferno by the bios mod: http://forum.techinf...s-versions.html --NOTE: Be very careful with this his laptop, they can be state of brick, the first official update to the bios and then the mod.
* I recommend upgrading to 10.8.3 first and then install the kexts, plist and aml, otherwise you will have to reinstall the kext's ...
* Here we find the kext for usb and card reader: http://www.insanelym...ed/page__st__20
* With the Pandora's Box, patch the AppleIntelCpuPower and AppleRTC
* All kext are put in S / L / E... I Use kext wizard
* Plist and AML in Extra
*For the problem of "Still waiting for root device" (an icon of not smoking but without the cigarette XD) should enter the next flag: -f, and apply this fix: http://blog.yerkania...-mountain-lion/ from the terminal NOTE: Make sure you have NullCpuPowerManagement.kext in S / L / E, otherwise get a KP .. Remove it after this fix
*I think there is a problem with the auto sleep, I do not know what the cause damn :(.. but I could get auto sleep with this application http://www.dragonone.com/products/macosx/pleasesleep/ ... is a type of ForceAutoSleep, or something. :D

**Update DSDT with AppleHDA.kext works all, except the microphone :/
If anyone can tell me how to give VGA output would greatly appreciate it XD, Luck
Any questions is welcome ...
Sorry my bad English
