This rule gets forgotten too often.
If you believe a member of staff is treating you unfairly, contact an administrator. Administrators are the most senior members of staff who have reached that position because of their experience and fairness.
If you start arguing and flaming in the forum, you'll forfeit your chances of a fair review, and most likely you'll be punished or even banned.
So never forget that.
