qwerty99
Hi everyone, I have recently built a Hackintosh on an HP 2510p sub-laptop platform. The machine came with only 2 GB of RAM (only has one RAM slot), so I have ordered the correct 4 GB RAM module for this machine (DDR2-667 SDRAM). I am running "vanilla" OSX 10.7.2 which I installed using myHack 3.1.2. I also installed some additional Kexts to enable the ethernet card, the audio, and used an "Extra's" file provided on this forum for this machine. I am wondering if I should expect to run into issues when I perform the RAM upgrade? Specifically, I am worried about OSX issues such as kernel panics, freezes, etc. The HP 2510p was released in 2007 and my "Extra's" file has it mapped to a 13 inch Late 2007 MacBook (known as "3,1"). Please share your thoughts on any potential pitfalls or things to watch out for, thank you!
