After a day of frustration, thought I would share how to get this card up and running on Mountain Lion 10.8.

This card is recognised by system profiler out of the box. However, no QE, dual monitor not working, stuck on 1024x768.

You simply add device ID 104a to NVDAGK100Hal.kext to get all of the above working.
