Hackintosh my AMD?

Hi,

My system specs are:

AMD A8-3870k

8GB ddr3 ram

Asus f1a55mle motherboard

160gb hdd

I want to install Snow leopard on to it.

I think it might be hard for me because the A8 has a CPU and GPU on one die. Its a Radeon HD 6550D GPU.

Anyone know where to start?

Thanks

Get the nawcom ModCD from here: http://www.osx86.net...odcd_0.3.2.html. Burn it to a CD, then boot with it. Once you reach the boot screen, eject the ModCD and put in your retail Snow Leopard disc. Wait for a bit, then press F5. Then use the arrow keys to move over to Mac OS X Install DVD. Then type the flags needed for the AMD kernel:

rd(0,0)/Extra/modbin_kernel -force64 -v

Then hit enter.

You will see lines of text run across the screen. If it gets stuck at any part, take a picture and upload it here.

Sorry for my bad english, but i need help :)

I have the same cpu and ram of flyboyovyick, but i have an 500gb HDD (Hitachi Deskstar 7k1000) and the Asrock A75 Pro4.

For the installation I use the Nawcom ModCD + Snow Leopard retail, but after the installation, when I boot Mac OS X (with the flag -v) my pc do a black screen.

I've tried this flag maxmem=2048 o 4096, arch=i386, cpus=1, -force64 but it don't works :(
