No. Lo so che è una tecnica diversa, ma l'offset ha vari vantaggi
in primis, il voltaggio non rimane costante, ma scala automaticamente a seconda della frequenza della cpu
nella mia scheda non si può settare il voltaggio manualmente, solo lavorare con gli offset
