PreSonus Firestudio Mobile and OSx 10.7.2

Hi..

 

Im having trouble getting my PreSonus Firestudio Mobile to work in 10.7.2.

 

When i install the latest driver from Presonus

"Universal Control 1.5.2 - Mac - Control Surface and Driver for Snow Leapord and Lion"

 

i get kernel panic..

 

My mobo is GA-EP-45-DS3.

 

Anyone who has managed to install Universal Control 1.5.2 without getting kernel panic ?

Hey any luck yet? I got the same module and curious about it working I still can not get my hackintosh to recognize it in 10.6.8. Did it work alright in SL? I think it is just an issue with a kext or something... looking for help.

It worked in SL for me with Universal Control ver 1.2.2715, driver ver 3.5.5

 

But no luck so far in Lion.... I have booted with flag -v and tried to analyze why

im getting kernel panic...

 

It seems to me that Presonus driver ver 3.5.6 is having som issues with

IOFireWireFamily.kext & IOAudioFamily.kext

 

So i tried the old kext files (IOFireWireFamily.kext & IOAudioFamily.kext ) from 10.6.8..

With these next files it seems to boot properly but then firewire port is not working

and firewire studio just flashing red and blue...
