I burned a CD containing the ##### bootloader. The Lion Installation files are placed on my thumb drive.

So when the boot loader starts and I choose my thumb drive, my pc just reboots.

When I press escape, it shows me the following Screen (attached).

I Have a Gigabyte EP45-DS3P with 4gb Ram (removed the other 4gb for installation purpose) and a ATI 4870.

Started using this Tutorial

Oh, and i forgot to mention:

The screen shows up if I press Escape, by pressing enter the white apple logo screen shows up for about half a second, and then the computer reboots.

Thought I wrote that but... So thats what the Topic wants to say :)

try remove some legacyrtc kext, put disabler kext. I don't know.. maybe you need busratio=XX flag where XX is your cpu factory multiplier. maybe arch=i386 flag
