iAtkos S3 V2 using VirtualBox

Hi guys. I'm new here in the forum and i want to ask you for help.

 

I've been trying to install OSX using iAtkos S3 V2 on VirtualBox (Windows 7 64 Bit). It completes the instalation, but when i start the system, it shows me a kernel panic. I've done it in Mac OS X server version (64 bit too) and FreeBSD.

 

I don't know if the problem is my hardware or a bad customization of iAtkos.

 

When i hit Restart after instalation:

Mobile DualCore Intel Core i5-460M, 2800 MHz (21 x 133)

320 GB HDD

Motherboard: Lenovo 0677

Motherboard Chipset: Intel Ibex Peak-M HM55, Intel Ironlake-M

Intel GMA HD

Broadcom 802.11n + Bluetooth

Windows 7 64Bit.

VirtualBox 4

Managed to install it, but after update it shows me this error:
