djfreek80 Posted July 12, 2011 Share Posted July 12, 2011 Hello everyone, I have been trying to install Mac OS X - at this point maybe ANY will be good on a PC. I failed miserably on my desktop PC although it seems to be covering the specs. I admit although I know a lot about software I am a complete almost noob in mac's and in general in OS programming. SO PLEASE I beg of you help me out with this as the guides I found are great - but most require a working Mac or a working Hackintosh - cant get to those if I had such I wouldnt need isntalling it in the first place - and no one around me has one. So what I wish to achieve is to have Mac OS X 10.7 Lion installed on my PC. If not Lion then Snow Leopard (hopefully I would be able maybe to upgrade at a later point ) What I do have is the following: a 8GB USB flash Drive a 2 GB USB Flash Drive (will find it for sure) a Virtual VMWare Mac OS X Lion 10.7 downloaded from somewhere -torrent site which was preloaded and works perfectly if it were not a little too slow in response but gave me a great view of the system. aaand finally the machine I need to install the OS on: Technical specs for Asus PRO59L-AP010L Processor Intel Celeron Dual Core T1500 1860 MHz FSB Procesor 533 MHz Memory 2GB DDR2 667 MHz SDRAM Display 15.4" 1280 x 800 Video Display card: Intel GMA X3100 HDD 160GB SATA 5400 RPM Optical units DVD Super Multi Sound High Definition Audio Connectivity 802.11b/g Battery Li-Ion 6 cell Please help me P.S.
