viriiman Posted August 24, 2006 Share Posted August 24, 2006 Ran into an issue on my machine, wanted to let the community know. I currently have 10.5 installed and have bluetooth through a Microsoft USB adapter (it worked with no problems in 10.4.7 before I upgraded). I decided that after installing I would play around with Time Machine. I choose my external firewire HD, and let it do it's thing. The odd part is that my bluetooth mouse would work with no problems while Time Machine ran. HOWEVER, if I left my mac for a few mins and came back, the mouse no longer worked. I would have to either disconnect and reconnect to the mouse or delete it entirely from the system and redetect it. I then rebooted the machine and have not yet run Time Machine again. Since the reboot, the mouse has worked fine (and the machine has gone in and out of various power saving states several times). SOoo, it appears to be a problem with Time Machine at this point UNLESS it's because I'm using a third party Bluetooth radio. Virii Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
