How do i upgrade from 10.4.6? and Youtube problem

I'm loving hackintosh on my HP ZE4900.

How do i upgrade from 10.4.6 to 10.4.11(I need a step by step instruction please)

Flash player problem:

I can watch YouTube.But the slider is not updating.And the seconds are not updating(Only when i pause the video)

Anyone experience this problem?

And how do i fix it?

I reinstalled flash many times.

But the problem is still there.

I need the expertise of you guys.

 

Help me here please.
