I have a Dell Studio 1737
Install with: iatkos s3 v2
ATI HD 3650 (not sure, I've read still no QE/CE)
Wifi work has genuine Airport!

not sure where to go from here,
if someone could point me to a link
or am I wasting my time trying to get this laptop
to run Snow Leopard..

I have tried the older iatkios V7
and laptop freeze trying to boot with it..

nobody has ever figured that laptop out?

ATI 3650HD is not supported and by looks of it it never will be either.  I've just sold my dell 1737 for this exact reason.
