How to install mac os and window7 on dell E6400 with raid1

My system Dell E6400
CPU: P8400
ram 2gb
VGA Nvidia quadro 160NVS
HDD 2x500GB
Wifi intel 5100
wwan MC8780

i want setup raid 1 for my data.
If sata mode is IRRT i can setup hardware raid 1, but can setup Mac OS
sata mode is AHCI (can't setup hardware raid 1) and setup MacOS i used software raid1 of mac, but when i setup window7 it don't see data on software raid-1 of Mac os

How to fix this problem
Can i setup Mac OS, Win7, and RAID-1 all in dell E6400?

Mac os with software raid-1-->VM fusion with win7?
