sto provando a installare osx sul mio hp 530 però non riesco a capire bene cosa dice questa guida in inglese:

 

 

HP 530

• 10.5.6 working PERFECTLY!!! All vanilla - runs and updates just like real MAC!
  
• Installed using iATKOS_5i 10.5.5 - Only check x86 ACPI, Remove thermal kexts, EFI string for Intel, Intel SATA, Intel Speedstep b, and Intel Pro/100 VE. Leave all others as is. Everything works straight away.
  
• Apple update to 10.5.6 and all good after.
  
• Celeron M recognize as Intel Core Solo 1.47GHZ
  
• Audio, Wifi, LAN, QE/CI, Touchpad, Brightness/Volume controls All work OOB (even after 10.5.6 update) using above installation.
  
• USB 2.0 fully working
  
• Only hiccup is no battery guage, have not pursued fix tho and could probably easily fix.
  
• Blue light on Wifi button always blinks, but does not interfere with anything.
  
• Have not tested sleep as I never use it. Shutdown and restart work without flaws.
  
• After install you must add GenericCPUPMControl to startup apps or speedstep will not function and it will get HOT (and loud) even idle.
  

Overall it is extremely useable and impressively fast and stable . If you have a 530 with a Celeron 1.73 and Bios Ver F.07 Use the above instructions and then do the following.

 

• Download Kext Helper b7, you will need this to properly install the kext files
  
• Battery downlaod (AppleACPIBatteryManager.kext) install and reboot
  
• Wireless download (bcm43xx_enabler.sh) Install and reboot
  
• Display download the (GMA950.pkg) only install the frame buffer then reboot. You will now get 1280x800 millions w/ CI/QE
  

The above instructions are correct, but failed to mention when you choose x86ACPI you disable string installers. Also DO NOT do the upgrade to 10.5.6 just yet. if you do your track pad will no longer tap and they have a wireless problem with WEP. The 10.5.6 update will install and reboot with no problems, other than the above problems. Ignore the failed hibration file on boot or buy a real macbook pro. The Processor will show as 1.73 Unknown If, after first reboot you only see an animated cursor forever, try changing bios setting: System config->Device config->SATA native mode->Disable.

 

 

 

 

 

Quello che non capisco è: devo installare osx86 10.5.6 con iatkos o posso usare benissimo ipc?? Fatto ciò il wireless dovrebbe funzionare??
