I've found myself coming to this site often throughout the course of searching for hackintosh and retrofit information. I never tried an OSx86 installation outside of a virtual machine, but I was happy with the virtual machine install. So thank you, everyone. After years of wanting it, I was finally able to complete a retrofit of pc components into a G4 case. I'm really happy with the results because with the components used, I was able to keep the case as stock as possible WITH a full sized DVD/RW drive! Haha, common issue from what I've found. Unfortunately due to a move, I've had it up on eBay a few times. But got surprisingly few hits. Is there anybody out there still interested in this retrofit?
