10.6.4 Kernel Panic

Hi. I have OFFICIALLY gone crazy. I installed iAtkos s3 perfectly fine. I have wireless, trackpad, graphics everything. However, when I update to 10.6.4 I get crazy Kernel panics. The first one was "CPU 0 Caller 0x2a7e2b" then I reinstalled aand updated noww I get a Kernel Panic that DOES NOT tell me what the problem is wheter I type -v -f or anything. I am able to do a safe boot but I can't boot into normal mode. When I do I get Kernel Panic 4 potential args on stack error then it reboots itself. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!

I have a Hp Pavilion DV6701us

Things I've tried;

pmversion=20

-v CPUS=1 Maxmem=2048

Moount -uw /

Cd System/Extensions

rm -Rf Sleepenabler.kext
