I'm new to this forum and have been working with Photoshop for awhile now and decided well lets do this hackintosh and see what happens. I'm currently running Inspiron 1545, specs below: So I've youtubed a few videos, and booked marked a few sites to refer too when an issue arise. So if anyone can point me to a guide or how can you tell if your system is efi compatiable *I've been hearing this ef thing quite a few times on sites and I saw that if you use everest that it can tell if you are or not but don't know where to find that at, I have everest on my system so if you can tell me where I look at then I'm good to go* so basically I'm just looking for a tutorial for the 1545 and what iso should I download, iaktos or the idenab or some other name and version.

Okay I ran everest and found that my cpu does support the following:

 

Instruction Set x86, x86-64, MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3 still looking for efi
